SHIRAZ

For most, Shiraz was made famous by our friends down under in Australia. Often described as a spicy wine with notes of white pepper, Shiraz can be too extracted, too big and too chewy. Bob’s 2005 vintage South African Shiraz captures the traditional white pepper and smoked meat characteristics of Shiraz. The wine finishes dry. A perfect companion to any lamb or pork dish, but soft enough for you to enjoy on its own. According to Bob this is the best Shiraz he has produced, from one of the most beautiful places in the world. Enjoy!
